Returns & Exchanges Policy

You are entitled to request a return or exchange of your order within 48 hours of delivery, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been roughly handled, used, or damaged. Ensure that products are carefully inspected upon receipt to avoid any inconveniences.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The products are returned within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The items are in their original packaging and unused.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.

  • Products that were made to your specifications or are personalized.

  • Safety or hygiene-related items that are unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the items do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning the goods to us. We recommend using a trackable mail service for your return shipment.
